The Freckled Fox Food Truck We’re a locally owned spot for food! WE LOVE FLAVOR, and our food shows it. Our burgers are pattied daily. The salads are cut fresh.

And our tots are fried to a golden crisp before they’re topped with our house made dressings and sauces.

The weekends are far too short! Back to the grind on Monday 10/12 from 10:30-1:30.

The Philly Steak Burger- A.K.A "The Philly"- a hand pattied seasoned burger, topped with fresh cut and sautéed green peppers and onions, provolone cheese to hold it all together, and drizzled with our house made cheese sauce, on a buttered and toasted bun! Served with tots . -$11

Chicken Philly- just like our awesome burger but with a fresh grilled chicken breast! It’s topped with green peppers and onions, as well as our house made cheese sauce! Served with Mac salad and chips.- $10

The “Bomb” burger- because it’s warm, filling, and just makes us happy. A hand pattied burger that’s topped with our house made cheese sauce, a drizzle of sweet bbq, and crisp crumbled bacon. Served with a side of tots for dipping. -$11

Southwest loaded Tots- A large portion of crispy tots, topped with seasoned and grilled chicken, shredded Colby jack cheese, cool sour cream, our house made southwest ranch dressing, and chopped green onion. Delicious. -$11

Southwest Salad- A delicious blend of romaine and spring mix topped with black beans, diced tomato, fresh cut fire roasted sweet corn, pepper jack cheese, and grilled chicken. Topped with our house made southwest ranch dressing. $11

We’re set up for a nice fall Thursday in the truck! Get your orders in early on 10/8/26. We’re in from 10:30-1:30.

Caprese chicken- grilled chicken smothered in a fresh house made mix of ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella balls, cold pressed olive oil with fresh herbs, balsamic glaze and fresh basil. Served atop a portion of lightly sauced cavatappi pasta with a side warm garlic naan bread for cleanup. -$12

Mushroom onion Swiss burger- our hand patties dandy beef topped with sweet Carmelized onions, hearty sautéed mushrooms and meaty Swiss cheese. Top it with whichever condiment you’d like (I prefer A-1). Served with Mac salad and chips. $10

The Chicken Parm- A fresh grilled (yes grilled to keep it healthier) chicken breast that's been topped with pesto, hit with marinara sauce, and then topped with melted provolone cheese. Served with a side of Mac salad and chips .-$9

Tuesday 10/6, and we’re here with the good stuff from 10:30-1:30!

Adams Taco salad- A bed of fresh cut romaine lettuce, piled high with Mexican cheese blend, your choice of protein (chicken or beef), sweet corn, sliced black olive, a dollop of sour cream, chopped cilantro, our house made pico, a wedge of lime for squeezing, and our house made avocado ranch dressing! Wanna top it off right, ask for jalapenos. we're also going to include some chips and salsa to clean up the excess goodness.- $10

Chicken or beef soft tacos- two soft tacos with your choice of protein. Loaded up with fresh made Pico de Gallo, cool cilantro lime sour cream, Colby jack cheese, shredded romaine lettuce, and pickled jalapeños if you would like. Served with a side of chips and salsa.- $9

Fox chopped salad- chopped iceberg and romaine lettuce, sliced salami and pepperoni, Kalamata olives, diced Swiss cheese, artichoke hearts, thinly sliced red onion, cherry tomato, tossed with greek vinaigrette dressing.-$11

The John Wayne- it got its name because it puts all the other wannabe cowboys to shame. A whole beef patty covered with steak seasoning that’s been grilled and topped with crispy onion rings, pepper jack cheese, crisp bacon, and house made buff-a-que sauce. This ones served with tots!-$11

Quesadilla day! Adam and Chris are whipping them up full of flavor on Thursday 10/1 from 10:30-1:30!

Fajita Quesadillas- our perfectly seasoned quesadilla served with your choice of protein, chicken or beef, stuffed full of cheese, and topped with grilled peppers and onions before it folded and perfectly seared into a crisp triangle of perfection. Then we're going to serve it up with a side of fresh made pico, cool sour cream, and shredded iceberg lettuce. It'll also come chips and salsa.-$10

Chicken or Beef quesadilla- a large flour tortilla filled with melted cheese and fresh grilled chicken or seasoned beef then grilled to have a crisp outer shell and topped with fresh made pico de gallo, shredded iceberg lettuce and sour cream. served with a side of chips and salsa. Jalapenos available per your request.- $10

Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla- Grilled chicken tossed with Buffalo sauce and melted pepper jack cheese (ummm yes please) in a crispy tortilla. With a side of all the regular fixins. If you’d like some ranch, blue cheese, extra Buffalo or pickled jalapeños just ask us!-$10

Also- don’t be scared to try something new, it’s delicious!

The Gaucho- named after Argentinian cowboys who eat their burgers this way. It’s full of protein and flavor. An all Dandy Beef burger patty topped with grilled ham, an over easy egg, melted provolone cheese, & caramelized onion. Then it’s finished with fresh made chimichurri (a blend of herbs, garlic, oil, and red vinegar) on a brioche bun. Served with a side of tots. -$13

Southwest wrap- everything you love about our southwest salad out into a wrap and grilled crispy. Served up with a side of SW dressing, and tots!-$10

Hello everyone. In order to try and become more efficient we are going to try and start posting menus the night before a shift. This is so you have time to make decisions on lunch, as well as place orders early! So here is Tuesday 9/29. Let us know what ya want ahead of time, and pick ‘em up between 10:30 & 1:30!

Chicken or Shrimp fajitas- we load up the box, you build them yourself! Grilled seasoned shrimp or chicken with sides of fresh sautéed peppers and onions, shredded Mexican cheese blend, cool sour cream, freshly made pico de gallo, chopped iceberg lettuce and freshly grilled flour tortillas. Served with Adam’s refried beans (they’re delish) and a side of chips and salsa. It will not disappoint.
