Ten years ago, Marvin and Betty Bennett had a dream. In their early 80s bored in retirement, they took an abandoned building and, with a lot of hard work, turned it into the local family business you know today.
Although Marvin is no longer with us, his memory and a big part of what he created live on at Bennett’s every day. We still use Marvin’s original barbecue and chili recipes, along with Betty’s original coleslaw and tartar sauce recipes. Those recipes and traditions have been passed down through our family and continue to be served to our customers today. ❤️
What started with Marvin & Betty has continued as a family business with Wendy & Dale and Amber & Maine, and we are so proud to carry on what was started 10 years ago.
Over the years, we have been blessed with amazing employees and the very best customers. Some of you have been with us since the very beginning, and others have become part of the Bennett’s family along the way. Every meal you’ve ordered, every friend you’ve told, every kind word you’ve shared, and every time you’ve walked through our doors has helped keep this little family business going.
Thank you for supporting our family, supporting local, and allowing us to serve this wonderful community for the past 10 years.
