Who doesn’t like fresh sourdough??? We’ve got it for sale until we’re out! What’s your carb of choice?? Bread? Dinner rolls? Bagels? English muffins? Sourdough or yeast? Let us know in the comments, and watch for more baked good to make your week more delicious!!

Happy Tuesday!

What happens when you make huge batches of homemade dough, fill it with ground beef, seasonings and cheese (maybe add mushrooms or pepperoni and marinara?) and then bake the whole thing until its puffy, golden and quite frankly, delicious???

Not sure what they're called in your home...but for trademark reasons we're going to call these Runz....er, I mean BIEROCKS! We're going to have them HOT and ready to roll by 5pm tonight! Grab one with a side or two and enjoy supper in, or grab a six pack and feed the family! Either way, we're excited to see you!

We know the weather has nobody wanting to cook...so we thought we'd give you a night off again this week! Make plans to join us Tuesday night for Gourmet Grilled Cheese with your choice of two sides (we're bringing back the fresh melon, pasta salad, mini parfaits, etc!) Haven't tried the Grilled Cheese? You're missing out! Made on Sourdough bread, these feature delicious topping combos like Italian (provolone, pepperoni, marinara, and pesto), BLT (CoJack cheese, crispy bacon, tomato and crispy cool lettuce for a finish), or the fan favorites of Jalapeno Popper (bacon, jalapeno cream cheese, coJack Cheese) or Brisket and Cheddar (dude...so good).

Looking forward to a warm but awesome week! We'd love to see everyone tonight for the Cairo Farmer's Market! We will be making salsa and serving up all things Taco Tuesday for supper too!

This week, we are all watching the temps and making plans to keep cool...but here at the Vault, we're an even split: some are SOLAR Powered and LOVE the sun....some are just too COOL for the heat and love a good A/C room. Which one are you???
