A Little Bakery Update!

So Be It Bakery is officially booked for the remainder of October, and I’m now accepting orders for November! If we’ve spoken already, you’re safe!

I’ll be traveling this week for family commitments, having some equipment maintenance taken care of, and then diving right into preparations for the Elevate Artisan Market on October 31st!

With a full-time job, family, and this growing little bakery, I’ve learned how important it is to plan ahead and give everything the time and attention it deserves. I want to make sure I’m bringing my very best to each order and every event!

While I won’t be taking any additional orders for October, I’d be happy to get you on my November calendar!

In the meantime, I hope to see lots of new and familiar faces at Elevate! I’ll be bringing plenty of your favorites, and hopefully a few surprises!

Thank you all for continuing to support this little dream of mine. Every order, share, recommendation, and kind word means more than you know!

Happy Saturday!!

As some of you know, I introduced some new flavors at the Thomasville Fall Craft Festival… there was a Fruity Flight and Nutty Flight, in addition to the OG Flights!

If you grabbed one of the new flights, you were unknowingly made test subjects (sorry!) and I’m here for answers!
What did you love?

It’s National *Homemade* Cookie Day, so I think So Be It Bakery is required to celebrate.

There’s just something special about a cookie made from scratch, in a home kitchen, with good ingredients, love, care, and a whole lotta prayer!

Back to our regularly scheduled baking for the next TWO weeks or so!

Orders are open! Friday pickup at The Ranchy Peach and Thomasville pickup available by arrangement, pre-pay orders only! Advanced notice is MUCH appreciated!!

Then it’s right back into market prep mode for the Elevate Artisan Market! So if you’ve been craving cookies…this is your window. But still come see me there in October 31st!
