This was a beauty from this past Wednesday in Cabot at Harry's Hardware. We called it The Crescendo, but you can call it whatever you want. Ha.

It had Mozzarella, Gruyère, fire roasted pumpkin from Wolcott VT, pulled pork, McDonald Farmstand Kale, Pistachio and Sage pesto, Pecorino, and finished with Fresh choped Sage.

When it comes to Wednesdays we only have 2 left before the end of the woodfired season. So make sure you swing by!

The Ol' MacDonalds pizza - mozz, fontina cheese, applewood smoked bacon, McDonald Farmstand buttercup squash, Burtts Apple Orchard zestar apples, local rosemary and Silloway Maple ginger infused maple syrup, and of course finished with pecorino.

This is an amazing fall pizza and we will slinging this one among others today (rain or shine) at the Pumpkin Chuckin festival in Stowe.
