I got back from vacation last week, but my mind is still somewhere on the beach. 😂

Today I showed up to the FGT Macon kitchen, and Boss Candice informed me that my vacation is officially over.

My mission:

Slice yams

Chop collard greens

Make coleslaw

Slice cabbage

Meanwhile, I would rather be sitting on a beach under a giant collard green umbrella, hiding from the sun, with a yam tree growing next to me. 🌴🥬🍠

At this point, I'm considering making a bikini out of two cabbage leaves. Do you think that's acceptable beachwear? 🤔😂

Anyway, back to chopping mountains of fresh vegetables for our FGT customers. If you enjoy your collard greens today, please know they were prepared by someone whose soul is still on vacation. 😭✂️🥬🍠❤️
