Today I started the deep cleaning of the trailer. I got the entire ceiling cleaned, all the lights cleaned, half of the walls cleaned and the hood system done. Tomorrow I wanna finish up the walls, work on all the counter tops and appliances and depending how my body feels I will start the cabinets. Lots of work but where it sat so long without use, it definitely needs it and so far looking really good 😊

🎉Great news! My water pipes were fixed today and the faucet head repaired! Now to order what I need and give it a good deep cleaning and then inspection and I should be opening soon! Don't forget to invite your friends to this page 🎉 I am so excited! 😁

Tomorrow I should hopefully get our water pipes fixed. They busted back in the cold weather and I had someone come out and try to fix it but it was unsuccessful and also broke my faucet head. So hopefully this person can take care of it all and we are one step closer🙏

So besides my everyday menu, I think I'm gonna introduce plate lunches. Since everything is made fresh and there is a bit of a wait, a plate lunch will be done and ready to grab 😊 I'm thinking of introducing this a month or so after opening, give myself time to adjust to everything. A menu will be made for the month and plate lunches will be available Thursday and Friday 10 to 1.

It could be anything from lasagna, hamburger steak, spaghetti, chicken parmesan, specialty salads or sandwiches and so on. Each plate lunch would have a roll and a veggie and sometimes it will be baked beans or mashed potatoes. The specialty sandwiches would get fries or chips and the salads would get crackers. It would be limited since I dont have much room but the same plate lunch would be offered both days 😊

🎉🎉🎉🎉 Alot of items came in today for the food trailer! Hair nets, spatulas, raffle box, pan savers, warming bag and a few other things.

Big things I need done is propane tanks filled, water tanks filled and a few food items ordered and I might be able to open earlier then planned 🤞

Hello everyone! I would like to take this time and introduce ourselves, since this will be family operated. My name is Tiffany Johnson and I am originally from Allentown Pennsylvania. I moved down here in 2005. I enjoy good food and being outside, meeting new people and spending time with my family. I have 2 wonderful children who I have homeschooled for 9 years now. The one who will be taking your orders and handing you your food will be my oldest son Bryson. He is 15 years old and working on his Highschool Diploma. He is wanting to be a pharmacist when he grows up and is also wanting to work to save up for his very first truck. He is very smart and respectful and a walking encyclopedia for anything sports related. The one who will be making sure you have your napkins, utensils and mints will be my youngest daughter Charleigh. She is 10 years old and really wants to take part in this journey with me so she will be in charge to make sure you get everything you need, it will be double checked, no worries 😉 She is heading into the 6th grade, is a very happy soul and loves everything especially animals and art. She loves being with her family and always is so fun and outgoing. This will be who you see 2.5 days a week. I have been serv safe certified since age 17 and very good with food saftey. We will all have proper attire on, shirts, hair nets and hats and I will have the gloves since I am handling the unpackaged food items. We are excited to share this journey with you all and looking forward to meeting everyone 😃
