So I have good news and bad news to share.

First, the bad news. We have not been able to find a location that works for us since the landlord opted to not renew our lease so we will be closing forever after 27 seasons on October 19th. 😢

Pretty bad news I know. But there are two pieces of good news to share.

First, we’ll be open until October 19th so c’mon in for your favorite burgers, tacos, chicken wings and cold drinks while you can. Our team of friendly folks are here waiting for you! Have fun, get an extra round and leave an extra nice tip. We have folks that have been here since we bought the business back in 2018 and they’ve been working hard in these year round jobs for 9 seasons just for you! C’mon in and show them some love! ❤️

We do also have Buxton Beach Bum shirts for sale online and in person. These babies will surely be collectors items. If we run out we will order more to fulfill every order. Link below.

In addition you can order chicken wings, sliders or any carry out online, you’ll receive a text when it’s ready or you can have a cold beer while you wait. It’s the easiest carry out on the island. Link for that also below.

And the best good news of all is that we have DJ Robbie Love this Friday and much more fun to come for the next 2 months. 🎶

So, while it’s a sad day in Buxton all we can do is keep on keepin’ on. There’s going to be one less place open all winter and one less year round employer but the world will keep turning and maybe someone else will make these tasty hot garlic wings! We can only hope.

It’s been incredibly fun running this business, meeting everyone and becoming part of the community. From the pool tournaments and dart tournaments to karaoke, live music nights and (almost) mini wrestling night! Even that night the lady started a fist fight over Covid masks was something to remember! 😆

All joking aside we thank everyone for their support from the bottom of our hearts and we look forward to two more months of fun before the keg runs out forever. 🤩
