Meet Coffee Cherry Tea — Cascara.

Coffee beans are actually the seeds of a fruit. Cascara is the dried fruit that surrounds them, brewed like tea for a completely different side of coffee.

Ours comes from Helsar de Zarcero Micromill in Costa Rica, where the cherries were grown and harvested specifically for cascara, then washed, pasteurized and dried.

Expect dried pear, raisin + oolong tea, with a sweet, bright, refreshing finish.

Drink it hot. Pour it over ice. Either way, this is a great twist on tea 🫖

Tomorrow morning, we’ve got two things! First, Run Club is at 6:00 AM at the Old Lighthouse Beach parking lot—come join us, no matter your pace. (Also… whether or not my 6-year-old meant to give the middle finger in this video is still up for debate. 😂🤷‍♂️)

Second, a quick coffee PSA: if you bought one of our light roasts, let them rest 10–14 days after the roast date before brewing. Trust me… it’s worth the wait. See you in the morning! ☕️🏃‍♂️🌅

Pre-Sale starts TOMMOROW! The Miles 4 Milly shirts are finally here, and they mean the world to us. As most of you now know our 6yo daughter Milly was diagnosed with Leukemia at the end of Feb 2026.

Back at the beginning of Milly’s diagnosis, a relay team from our hometown ran 100 miles at Blackbeard’s 100 in honor of her. Other runners joined in, including and somewhere along the way Miles 4 Milly became more than a race. It became a reminder to keep moving, keep praying, and keep showing up.

It took longer than I wanted to get these made, but life’s been hectic, unstable, and I’m indecisive lol. The fight is still real. The love still matters.

Presale opens tomorrow. Net proceeds will go to the Mighty Milly Fund. Special thanks to and for knocking this project out of the park.
