Whether you live here or you’re visiting, you know there’s no shortage of delicious pork chop sandwiches in the area.

Recently, some of our crew got to visit Paumies Porkies LLC in Anaconda to see how the pork chops we serve at the Bonanza Freeze are made.
These delicious sandwiches start with quality pork supplied from Western Meat and Sausage Block.
Paumies grinds the pork and forms perfect-sized patties. Next, each patty is seasoned & HAND-DIPPED in their delicious secret batter and fried 1 at a time!
It’s a labor of love you can taste in flavor and quality. We are grateful to partner with and serve this delicious local sandwich provided to us from another passionate local business.

Huge Thank You to Jesse and Matt who welcomed us into their space, shared their time and knowledge AND fed us lunch.
