Good Morning Butte America! We're back this week with an old favorite...

This week we're serving: Tacos Dorados! These folded taquitos are stuffed with Spicy Potato and shredded chicken, then fried. Topped with Avocado Crema, Salsa Verde, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and Cotija cheese! Sold as 3 taquitos for only $12!!!

Chef also made some Caldo de Pollo for this weeks Sopa! This sopa starts as a mirepoix and has house made chicken stock added, then filled with potatoes, green beans, yellow corn, and chunks of chicken. Grab yourself a 16oz for only $7.50!

We will still be serving our Peanut Butter S'more's cheesecake, don't forget to grab a slice of this chocolatey deliciousness for only $5!!!

For those who read beyond the pictures: We have been struggling how to handle the 3rd of July this year, but I believe we have the solution... Our plan is to run like normal for the 1st and 2nd of July, but run a breakfast on the morning of 3rd! We will be closed on Saturday the 4th, but we figured we might as well do something extravagant for our favorite folks!! More to come, wanted to get a heads up out here early enough for you to plan!

We have finally hit a point where we are looking at opening a former service option. We will be taking Call-in orders until 4:00pm, during normal operating hours, we will not accept call in orders during dinner. If we can manage these, we will look into accommodating dinner service call-ins as well. We do not anticipate heavy calls, but do want to give a heads up that there may be a long wait for call-ins, as these tend to be for larger groups.

This weeks special is: Picadillo! Ground beef stewed with tomatoes, onions, and potatoes! Chef designed a taco - Flour tortilla filled with Picadillo and topped with lettuce, Avocado Crema, and Cotija cheese. Single taco - $4.00, Taco Box - $14.50. This has been a tragedy for our friends involved, and will have life changing effects for, not only our friend, but her family as well.
