The Sandwich Special!

But for real, Today’s Sandwich Special is something we have wanted to put together for a little while now.
It’s an Andouille Sausage Sandwich on Ciabatta bread. This is also has a Salad made of Mixed Greens, Pineapple, Mango, Citrus Vinaigrette and a little Tajin. We then decided it needed some extra richness so we added our Roasted Garlic Aioli and Pepper Jack Cheese sauce, but thats not all. We said “Hey this needed some crunch!” So, we tossed on some Angel Onions!
