Cowboy Sally’s is taking a temporary pause while we take a hard look at what’s next for the concept.
From the start, Sally’s was built to be loud, fun, and unapologetically itself—a place for big flavors, big personalities, and even bigger nights. We’re proud of the memories made here and grateful to every guest who rode with us.
This break gives us space to reset, reimagine, and decide how Cowboy Sally’s shows up next.
