Meet Espresso Eddie. ☕

This is the smoothest dark roast you'll ever encounter.

Our infrared roasted dark espresso blend brings rich flavor without the burnt, bitter taste that often comes with dark coffee.

You should expect cocoa notes, a touch of fruit, and a smooth nutty finish.

Meet our Captain Kona.☕

The coffee that is smooth, balanced, and full of flavor at the same time.

Our Kona blend is an infrared roasted medium roast with notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and brown sugar.

If your ideal cup of coffee is somewhere between "light and bright" and "dark and bold," our Kona might be your new favorite. And as a result of our infrared roasting process, you get all the flavor without the bitterness and acidity.

Not all coffee is roasted the same.

At Butler Coffee Lab, we use infrared roasting to create a smoother, more balanced cup of coffee.

Unlike traditional roasting methods that rely primarily on hot air, infrared energy helps create a more even roast. The result is coffee that's less bitter, more consistent, and full of flavor.

Many customers notice:
✓ Smoother flavor
✓ Less bitterness
✓ More consistent roasting
✓ Lower perceived acidity

Have you tried our infrared-roasted coffee? Let us know your favorite blend in the comments 👇
