We are a husband-and-wife team excited to share our love for the art of coffee and the relationships we cultivate along the way. We carefully source our beans from trusted farmers and cooperatives around the world, selecting only those that meet our high standards for quality, sustainability, and flavor. Roasting in small batches lets us give each coffee the attention it deserves, unlocking flavors that reflect its journey from farm to cup. Each batch is roasted with precision and care, bringing out the unique character of every origin. From bright, delicate notes to bold, rich profiles, our coffees are crafted to be savored—whether you’re starting your day on a high note or winding down on a low one.

We had to put these three dry rubs from Green Acres Barbeque Company to the test on this chicken!

We know they're all gonna be finger lickin' good but which one are you grabbing first? Tell us in the comments!

A. Jiminy Crickets - Hot & Spicy
B. General Jobbing - All purpose blend
C. Collaborative Coffee Rub with HiLo Coffee Roasters 😉
