In 1979, the Ansari brothers from Jerusalem created and established the Mediterranean Cruise Cafe in Eagan, Minnesota. After years of working together, some of the brothers left the business to pursue other endeavors. After serving the Eagan community for over 30 years, in 2009, Jamal, along with his sons, Khalid and Rhami, relocated the restaurant to Burnsville where they built a beautiful, new r

estaurant. With their strong Mediterranean heritage behind them, Jamal and his sons have created many original delicacies from Jerusalem, Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, Italy, Turkey and Greece. Not only is the Mediterranean Cruise noted for its food, it is also known for its unique belly dancing entertainment Thursdays through Sundays. With years of hard work, the Mediterranean Cruise has been recognized as the one of the top restaurants in the Twin Cities.
