Just shared a kinda long and chatty story about what this business and life really means to me right now. Go watch it if you’ve been down, feeling alone or most of all, just want to keep it real and stay human with me. 💖This year has been one of growth, accountability and launching myself into the comfort of believing that just being myself is enough to be loved. 🤍A family business that these kids have grown up in.🤍 (Please note our kids don’t actually hang out while we are working often, we just happened to have a little Bryce visit this week that I had to document cause guys- MOMMA N BABY!! Like cmon so sweeeeeeeet.) >> The first thing I did in my office was add a toy box, couch and a large monitor so myself and my team could make our kids feel excited to be here and it’s one little thing I love. There have been naps on that couch, shows, books, tears, lattes, perfect bars, tantrums- you name it and it’s happened there and that, that is a tiny win for me and a mother and an employer. Work should always come second, family first- and if you honor that your purpose at work should come more easily. Xo, happy Friday.
