Coffee muffins!?!?

One more surprise for the grand opening of the farm stand (tomorrow, Sunday the 9th, 8 a.m. until sold out).

Chocolate muffins. Not just any chocolate muffins. These are gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free, made with organic and locally sourced ingredients. I used my new Burlington Coffee Co. honey-processed coffee in them, just like I did for the cake. Come try a sample! 🤎🤤🤎

I couldn't leave you guys without figuring out a way to keep you caffeinated. 😉☕️

So I reached out to a few local coffee roasters to find the highest-quality organic, fair-trade coffee I could — and I specifically wanted it to be honey-processed. 🍯

Honey processing is a hybrid method where the coffee cherry’s skin is removed, but the sticky, sweet mucilage is left on the bean as it dries. The result sits beautifully between the bright clarity of washed coffee and the rich, fruity sweetness of natural process, often delivering complex, syrupy, and deeply sweet flavors.

Burlington Coffee Co. absolutely delivered. 🤎

You can come try it at the cafe Tuesday and Wednesday and then it'll be available at the farm stand, and online soon!
