“The food was great, and it was certainly an amazing presentation, especially with the pig! I highly recommend Kountry Kart catering. Mike worked closely with us throughout the process of picking food, and was very willing to accommodate our requests. He searched out rare, Asian ingredients for the Filipino roast pig, and learned the traditional way of stuffing the pig. He also arrived very early in the morning to start the pig, and was constantly up-beat the entire time despite the long night. Mike and his staff also did a job interacting with the guests and made sure they enjoyed the food, while having a lot of fun with the presentation of the pig and never getting in anyone’s way!”
