We take food allergies seriously around here! From careful planning behind the scenes to allergen tags, our goal is to help every guest feel comfortable and well cared for.

Our team is extensively trained in allergy protocols, and a dedicated Sous Chef oversees allergy planning and ex*****on for each event. Because we are a scratch kitchen, everything is made in-house which gives us greater control over ingredients, preparation, and communication throughout the process!

With uncertain (and possibly severe) weather in the forecast for this wedding at The Stevens Estate, our team made the call to double set for the ceremony…both on the lawn AND safely under the tent. Thankfully, the weather held and our couple got their outdoor ceremony. ☀️

Then, while guests headed to cocktail hour, a portion of our team jumped into action, breaking down the backup ceremony setup and flipping the tent for the reception.

Here is a little behind-the-scenes look at the teamwork and hustle that goes into making sure the day keeps moving beautifully…whatever the weather decides to do!

The thing about us? We love making great spaces even better. ✨

As the exclusive catering partner at several beautiful properties, we’re proud to do more than simply host events within them. We care deeply about stewarding these special places, investing in them, and continually finding ways to make the guest experience even better.

Our latest project? We transformed a room at The Stevens Estate into a beautiful new getting-ready Salon, complete with six vanity stations, professional lighting, lounge seating, a private bathroom, and plenty of room to settle in and enjoy the start of the wedding day.

A little paint, some beautiful wallpaper…and then a whole lot of construction! This space transformed into the finished Salon you see today!
