Another great beer we’ll be serving at Auktoberfest is the Grodziskie Lager! A historic Polish smoked beer style, pronounced “grow-JEES-kee-uh”, also known as “Polish Champagne”. It is a low-alcohol, highly carbonated, refreshingly light-bodied wheat lager, with an oak-smoke flavor melded with a clean hop bitterness.
