We're officially THREE DAYS away from welcoming Chowdown to Chef Hip E's Cocina Loca! We're getting excited to show off some of our favorite dishes and give the Chowdown community a behind-the-scenes look at what makes our restaurant special!

Cameras start rolling on Friday, October 16th, and we're getting everything ready for a day full of delicious food, great energy, and plenty of fun!

We can't wait to share our story, showcase what we do best, and hopefully see some familiar faces along the way! 🌮

Good news! Colorado Pork Green Chili is now available in larger quantities! 🌶️

Starting October 21st, you can grab it by the pint or quart. We can serve it hot and ready to eat, or frozen so you can save it for later.

Our Chowdown Road Show filming day is officially just 10 days away! On October 16, Chowdown will be stopping by Chef Hip E’s Cocina Loca to capture the food, flavors, and story behind what we do.
