Budae jjigaešŸ² (Korean army base stew) was created shortly after the armistice that ended the Korean War. Food was really scarce at that time, so they started using the surplus foods from the U. S. army bases.
It is loaded with Kimchi, spam, sausage, ramen noodles, tofu and much more!
