A little kindness that made our day ❤️🔥

After visiting Rasa Hot Chicken & Grill, two lovely customers (Don & Nancy) sent us Hot, Hot Chicken: A Nashville Story, along with a thoughtful note encouraging us to explore Nashville’s hot chicken history.

The book explores the people, communities, and traditions behind Nashville hot chicken, including how this much loved dish grew from a local specialty into a food enjoyed around the world. We’re excited to learn more about its rich history and the stories behind the flavours we love.

Thank you, Don and Nancy, for thinking of us and for taking the time to do this for us. We truly appreciate your kindness and generosity! Hopefully, we’ll get to taste authentic hot chicken in Nashville ourselves one day!
