Hey everyone! ❤️ We know we’ve been a little quiet on Facebook lately. We’ve been keeping pretty busy at the restaurant, but we wanted to share a little update with you all!
Behind the scenes, our team has been staying busy with our nightly cleaning and some extra deep cleaning around the restaurant.
Every night before we go home, we sweep, mop, and clean up so we can leave everything fresh and ready for the next day. We also clean our high chairs after every use and give them a good deep clean once a week.
We’ve also been paying extra attention to our cooking oil to help maintain the quality of the food we serve every day.
We also wanted to mention something about our floors. We sweep and mop every night before closing, so we were surprised to hear that the floors sometimes feel sticky. After looking into it, we found that certain types of shoe materials can react with our floor-cleaning solution and create that feeling, even after the floors have been cleaned. We just wanted to share a little clarification with everyone!
We’re also working on getting the roof damage from the rain taken care of. Little by little, we’re continuing to work on the restaurant and take care of the things that matter.
We may not always post as much as we’d like, but please know there’s always something going on behind the scenes!
