I TOOK THE FLIP AND TURNED IT INTO A BLESSING! 🙌🏾💯

Now that the smoke has cleared, I can see the GOOD in all of this.

We may have lost 27% of certain online customers, but refunds are down 88%, our average tickets are HIGHER, and the stress is WAY DOWN! 🙌🏾

Meanwhile, 32 new people walked through our doors, paid full price, and came to see for themselves. What we lost online, we gained at the door. It balanced itself out! 💯

Our loyal customers are still here, the crowd is changing, and the energy feels BETTER. ❤️

And I learned a BIG lesson: every customer, employee, or opportunity isn't meant to go with you to the next level.

What was meant for my downfall actually lightened my load, protected my pockets, and gave me my peace back! 🤣🙌🏾

So THANK YOU to my loyal customers—and even my haters. 😂❤️

The cream rose to the top, the waste washed away, and Ms. Countri is STILL STANDING!

Running A Taste of Soul has taught me A LOT. 😂

Am I perfect? HELL NO. I’ve made mistakes, been criticized, been reported, and had plenty thrown at me. But I learned something: don’t run from correction—learn from it. When the Health Department comes, I ask questions, fix what needs fixing, and keep moving.

Now, about my attitude… 😂 My attitude might change when some of y’all’s attitudes change. I believe in giving the same respect I receive. Don’t come disrespectful and then get mad when I get right with you. I’m blunt, I’m fair, and I stand on my decisions.

I’m working on being more professional, but professional still doesn’t mean YES. Sometimes the answer is simply NO.

And please stop repeatedly ordering food just to look for every possible way to get a refund. If you’ve ordered 7 times and requested refunds 6 times, at some point we have to ask: Why do you keep ordering? 😂 Stop playing with my business.

I’ll work on my delivery. Hell, I might write myself a customer-service script and read it with meaning. 🤣🤣🤣 But NO is still going to mean NO.

But to my LOYAL CUSTOMERS—the ones who have been rocking with A Taste of Soul, ordering again and again, telling people about us, defending us, giving us constructive criticism, and watching us grow—THANK YOU. ❤️

Some of y’all have been with me since the beginning, through the good days, the crazy days, the mistakes, the improvements, and everything in between. I love you all from my SOUL. ❤️ You are a huge reason I keep pushing.

I’m human. I’m still learning. But one thing about me—I’M NOT QUITTING.

I love what I do, and watching this business grow has been beautiful.

Whatever comes my way, I’ll fix it, learn from it, regroup, and keep going.
