When the sauce cup flies out of your hand and the lid came off but the cup lands perfectly upside down so complete catastrophe overted, my MacGyver skills kick in and all is picked up in one sweep with barely any to wipe off the floor.

What a crazy day.... sold out of practically everything!!!

Whew.. back at it tomorrow. Ribs and Porkbelly are the special ones... sorry no brisket burnt ends. 30lbs going out the door Saturday. Back on the menu next week.
