Dear Friends and Loyal Customers,
It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our beloved mother, Janie. As many of you know, Janie’s Riverview Cafe was her heart and soul, bringing love and welcoming anyone entering the doors.
Our mother fought a courageous battle. In the past few months, the café has been closed as we navigated this difficult time as a family. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this period of mourning.
Her passion for this café and the community it brought together was unmatched. She considered each of you not just customers but friends and extended family.
As we move forward, Janie’s Riverview Cafe will be permanently closed.
Thank you for being a part of her journey and for the love and support you've shown us during this time.
We will announce details of a Celebration of Life event to honor Janie’s memory. In the meantime, we invite all who knew and loved her to hold her spirit close and remember the joy she brought into their lives.
