Japanese sweet potato + salted maple twist

Pizza # 27 (vodka sauce, aged mozz, ricotta pesto) + pizza # 28 (white sauce, sausage, delicata squash, kale, hot maple)

another day of LGBTQ+ history month, another top tier q***r-made product we want to highlight🌩️

we've had SUPERGAY SPIRITS 🍸💕✌🏻 organic craft vodka on our top shelf for a while now but it's always worth a revisit!! Supergay vodka is made from 100% organic corn from local producers in small batches and filtered through activated coconut charcoal. smooth, clean, supergay💋

Supergay is a q***r owned and operated distillery in Yonkers, New York. Not only are their spirits joyful, organic, and crafted with care, they also commit a percentage of their profits to local LGBTQI+ organizations 🤝

at extra extra we select our products and partners with intention. you may have gleaned from our pink drink booklets and menus that we heavily feature natural w**e + b**r + spirits! selecting producers and products with intention is a large part of our business ethos because our choices matter. we want to highlight producers who also work with intention: locally, sustainably, in ways that showcase the raw materials and lands of origin, and usually a beautiful combination of those markers.

makers in the LGBTQ+ community, makers of color, and women who are doing this work with incredible end results are often overshadowed by male and corporate producers of w**e and spirits. so when we choose the [delicious]items that go on our menu, we truly choose with care--like the c***r we buy from the women at The C***r Project!

if you haven't yet read the Spree article on the women at The C***r Project, we highly recommend it!! you'll find the Wild Apple dry c***r (available at extra extra) as extremely palatable as their story🍎🧡💗🍕

for the month of October we're committing $1 of every glass of w**e sold🫗to Buffalo Niagara LGBTQ History a local organization which serves to amplify and preserve LGBTQ+ history in Western New York!
