Today, I’m choosing to share my journey of getting back in shape.

Over the years, I’ve picked up some extra weight that I never planned on carrying, and it’s time to make a change. Not for anyone else—for me.

This journey isn’t about being skinny. It’s about feeling stronger, healthier, having more energy, and becoming the best version of myself.

There will be good days, hard days, victories, and setbacks, but I’m committed to the process.
