It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of my dad's youngest brother, my uncle Albert. If you joined the shalom family early on, Alberto, as I called him, has more than likely decorated your cake, baked your favorite cookie, or made you laugh during his appearances in the store between bakes.
Over 30 years ago, he stood side by side with my dad and together, they brought Shalom Bakery to life with love, creativity, and dedication. Albert's talent, hard work, and kind heart left a lasting mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. The true definition of a heart of gold in human form 💗
Though he had long since moved on to new chapters in life, he will always be a part of the Shalom Bakery story.
Today, we mourn alongside our family and all who knew and loved him. We will miss him deeply and cherish the memories he leaves behind.
