We’re growing at The Gap Café.

Since opening in downtown Buffalo Gap, The Gap Café by Perini Ranch has become the spot for chicken fried steak, sausage gravy biscuits, and a second cup of coffee that turns into an hour of good conversation.

Now we need cooks who want to be part of that.

If you love working with your hands, take pride in every plate, and want to be part of a team with real West Texas roots, we want to hear from you.
