Small adjustments in your brew can make a big difference in the cup.

One of the most overlooked details is your coffee-to-water ratio. If your coffee tastes flat or weak, you may simply not be using enough coffee. As a starting point, try using about 1 gram of coffee for every 16 grams of water, then adjust slightly stronger or lighter to taste.

This week, consider picking up something new to experiment with, like our Vietnam Honey Robusta from the Central Highlands. Its rich body and natural sweetness make it a great candidate for dialing in your ideal ratio at home.
