Our blue cornbread is made with Barton Springs Mill Hopi blue cornmeal and topped with mesquite butter, made from mesquite bean flour. It’s an amazing ingredient you can forage locally, with a unique warm, coconut-like flavor. So delicious! And the trees are a vital part of our pollinator ecosystem here in central and south Texas. If you haven’t tried mesquite bean, this is your chance to discover it.

The Turkey Pep is one of our faves. Everything made from scratch: sourdough with local organic flour, turkey, pepperoni, cucumber pickles, chili crisp, aioli & mozz which we did not make ourselves but we source from Antonelli’s Cheese

It’s big enough to split! Or take some home for later. All of our sandwiches are :) But good luck not eating it in one sitting.
