It’s time for Fish Tacos on Friday. We have our delicious Fish Tacos today. We start with two warm tortillas, then add our house-made Guacamole Slaw, which is like nothing you’ve ever eaten. After marinating our fish fillets in a buttermilk, lemon, and egg mix for a day we either fry (our fave) or grill it for a remarkably flaky fillet. We then top it all with another Diner creation - Roasted Garlic Lime Aioli Sauce and then garnish with chives and tomatoes. It’s served with your choice of a side, a lime, and the Diner’s own Spicy Relish. The flavor explosion in your mouth is amazing.

We also have our Tuna Melt which always pairs well with our Friday soups.

REMINDER - The Diner is closed on Tuesdays

Closed Day Pun - I was disappointed when my barber said he can’t cut my hair any longer.
* Then I realized he can only cut it shorter. 😜😜😂😂

One more - "May ya live as long as ya want, and not want for as long as ya live" is an Irish toast.
* Bread, cinnamon, eggs, and maple syrup" is a French toast. 😜😜😂😂🤣🤣

Hungry? Time for a REAL sandwich. Come try the Diner’s Chuckwagon Sandwich. It starts with grilled Texas Toast and then we add our customer favorite, the Mountain Fried Steak. We top that with an over medium egg, hash browns and bacon, and then finish it with lettuce, tomato and mayo. It fills that need for an afternoon breakfast craving.

Turn it up a notch and ask for some Buffalo sauce on the side.

Absolutely delicious!!

We will feature our Chuckwagon Sandwich for lunch today. It starts with the Diner’s Mountain Fried Steak on grilled Texas Toast. We add an over medium egg, hash browns and bacon and then top it with lettuce and tomato. Absolutely delicious!!
