WHAT. A. DAY. Yesterday was absolutely AMAZING. 60+ BIKES. A packed house. An incredible turnout. And more love and support than we could have ever asked for.
The 7th Annual Blazing Saddles Run is officially in the books, and we are still trying to take it all in.
There are SO many people who helped make yesterday happen, and we hope you all know just how much we appreciate you.
Thank you to Yellow Jackets MC - Hellbound and Fallen Riders Foundation of Brazos Valley for leading our ride, helping keep everyone together and doing everything you could to keep our riders safe. Having you guys out there with us meant more than you know.
Thank you to every one of our stops.....Tuck's Tavern, The Tabor Store LLC, The B**r Joint and El Toro Bar for opening your doors, welcoming our amazing, crazy group of bikers and being part of our day!
To our cooks: Collin, Bobby and Barbara... THANK YOU!! Feeding that many hungry people is no small job, and y’all knocked it OUT of the park.
Thank you to Independent Pimpin Inc., the beautiful ladies and Bar Fly Karaoke for bringing the entertainment and keeping the party going!
Thank you to Gypsy and Debbie for jumping in and helping so much! Your energy is unmatched and we appreciate more than words can express!! And Shannon thanks for saving us with all the ice we needed! Thank you Shelly for showing up and stepping in where ever you were needed!
Thank you to Trouble's Treasures!! You have such a pure heart! (she donated half her earning from her booth back to our event!) We thank you so very much!

To our Auctioneer...ohhhhh, Kayli!!! This woman powered through OVER 70 AUCTION ITEMS for us! We know by the end she was tired, exhausted, overwhelmed, probably sick of hearing her own voice and more than ready to hand that microphone to ANYBODY who would take it...but she kept going and got us through every single item! Kayli, we know that was a HUGE job, and we appreciate you more than we can say. Thank you for giving it everything you had and helping us raise money for such an important cause. You were an absolute TROOPER!! We love you BIG!!! (Next year, will be different...HAHAHA! -Dawn)
To our bartenders who kept everyone hydrated and happy! Destynie, Laney and Kendall...ya'll rocked it and we can't express how much we appreciate and love of each of you!!!!
To EVERYONE who worked behind the scenes, setting up, tearing down, selling tickets (Mini Bit) , working auctions, serving food, taking pictures (Josh Hauschild Snapshot's Bittersweet Photography), running around, answering questions, hauling things, organizing, cleaning, and doing the hundred other little things nobody sees....WE SAW YOU and WE THANK YOU!!!
To every single person and business who donated an auction item, money, supplies, food, time or anything else..THANK YOU. We had an incredible selection of auction items because this community showed up for us in a BIG way. A BIG WAY!!!
And to every person who bid, bought food, bought raffle tickets, donated, tipped, shared our posts or just came out to support us...you were part of making this happen. We COULD NOT do this without each and every one of you!!
THANK YOU to all of the bikers and their passengers that showed up for the ride, battled the heat and stuck with us throughout the day. Seeing that many bikes lined up yesterday was something special. You could have spent your Saturday anywhere, and you chose to spend it with us supporting this cause. We will never take that for granted.
Yesterday wasn't just about motorcycles, auctions, food or having a good time. Every bit of it was about raising money and supporting Full Throttle Hearts and the Polar Bear Toy Run so that we can continue giving back to children, families and people in our community who need us. It takes a village to pull off something like this. And yesterday, our village SHOWED UP.
We are tired. We are sore. We may need a few days to recover. LOL But our hearts are FULL.
And.....THAT'S A WRAP ON THE 7TH ANNUAL BLAZING SADDLES RUN! We will see ya'll again SOON!!
