I haven't posted in awhile so here is what has been happening. I have embarked on a new business Catering in the 50mile radius of Bryan College station area. Stuffed salmon!! All you need is softened cream cheese, fresh spinach, and roasted red peppers. Take the skin off . Spiral cut it ,spread cream cheese,top that with spinach and the roasted red peppers. Roll it up and place in a 9by9 baking pan. The oven is preheated to 350degrees. Cook it for about 35 to 45 minutes. It goes great with rice and mixed vegetables. Have fun!!!
