Bryan, seriously, thank y’all. 🧡

We’ve felt the support.

We’re busier. The drive-thru is moving more cars. We’re seeing more people in the dining room. We’re seeing familiar faces come back, and a lot of new ones too.

That means a lot to me.

Since taking over, I’ve tried to be careful about not changing everything overnight. We’ve got a crew here that’s been working hard, and I wanted to give them time to learn the new expectations, adjust, and grow with us.

Now we’re at the point where we need more people.

So yes, we’re hiring.

If you’re looking for work, or you know somebody who is dependable, works hard, and wants an opportunity to grow, come by Taco Casa Bryan and apply in person starting Tuesday September 1st.

And keep an eye on this page, because I’m going to be sharing more about what working here is going to look like, how we’re developing our team, and the opportunities we want to create for the people who choose to grow with us.

A little progress report from Taco Casa Bryan. 👀

Some of these aren’t the flashy changes, but they matter.

🚪 Our employee door has officially been retired. And judging by that picture… it was ready. 😂

🚪 The front door finally has a working handle AND closes on its own again. We know that one had been an issue for a long time.

🥤 And this one came directly from YOU.

We’ve heard several customers tell us the drinks from the lobby Coke machine just haven’t tasted as good as the ones from the drive-thru. Instead of brushing it off, we called someone out to get it serviced. Parts have been ordered and they should be in by the end of the week.

That’s the kind of stuff we’re paying attention to now.

Some changes will be big. Some will be as simple as making sure your Coke tastes the way it should.

But little by little, we’re going through this place and taking care of the things that need taking care of.

If you notice something, tell us. We can’t promise we can fix everything overnight, but we can promise we’re listening.

We’ve got a lot more planned for this place.

This is our store now, and we’re going to take care of it like it is. 🧡🌮
