Ember Community Sparked Gastropub Ember is a farm to table gastropub located in Historic Downtown Brunswick Georgia.

We source all of our produce, meat, and seafood locally and prepare them with a Southwestern flair. In addition, many of our menu items have beer/cider as a critical ingredient. We have minimum of 16 craft beers on tap, and significant bottle selection including premium bottles stored in our cellar. We have a full selection of hand crafted cocktails as well as a fine wine list to challenge your pa

What a great First Friday in Historic Downtown Brunswick! Thanks to everyone who stopped and visited the space yesterday. It was great to meet some new faces and amazing to see the energy that ember is creating in our community. Please keep sending possible investors our way.

UPDATE: Thanks to everyone who volunteered during the open house last month. As the first of August 1st we are approximately 20% of the way towards our goal of $240,000.
