Well, y'all have sold us out all week! At the Hoot, at Food Cart Friday, and most certainly yesterday when you had the team on its toes all day!

But they loved it, got some rest, filled the smokers and are ready to fill your plates while you listen to the sweet sounds and originals of Blossomin' Bone.

First Friday stating soon! Insider tip: park near the Hoot and hit us before or after. New menu item alert: loaded jalapeño corn pudding! Topped with street corn and your choice of: brisket, pickled onions, queso fresco and bbq sauce, or pulled pork, slaw, pickled onions, and bbq sauce. Y’all know it’s your favorite side—now you can make it your meal! Open till 8pm tonight, or back at it at 11am tomorrow!

Make your plans now, the menu is out! Crowd fav brisket bulgogi tacos—yes, kimchi is back! Or try our burger if you haven’t had the chance: house ground brisket, pit-smoked onions and our own burger sauce. The pit crew is all in on the link this week—bacon cheeseburger! Put it on a sandwich with the burger sauce or try it on a plate with our house spreads.

Need a quick Hoot fix tomorrow on the island? Find the team at , 1709 Frederica Road, from 11AM-2PM (or sold out) with our classic sandwiches, including this week’s sausage, and don’t forget to grab that peanut butter pie or banana pudding to kick off the weekend! For a weekend that was supposed to be a rainy washout, we've pretty much been a sell-out! We reloaded though so you have plenty to enjoy while listening to Jordan in the screened porch today. Hot plate specials, pork belly and Tri Tip, and kids under 6 eat free. 11-3 today!

Saturdays are extra special because the pit team throws on some extra specials--waygu tr tip, pork belly, Texas Tw***ies! Plus turkey, brisket burgers and the super popular Philly Cheesesteak sausage all on the board along with plenty of the usuals.

Don't let the rain bum you out when there's plenty of barbecue still left for dinner! Brisket burgers and Philly Cheesesteak sausages for specials, and rumor has it the sausage is the week's big winner so grab one before they sell out! More on the smoker tomorrow if you miss today--we'll feed you between the raindrops or order some take-out and we'll help get it to your car. Till 8 today, 11-8 tomorrow, and 11-3 Sunday.
