Happy Memorial Day! Before the updates, we want to take a moment to honor and remember the brave men and women who served and made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Thank you all for visiting us this weekend! We didn't expect too much of the regular traffic due to weird weather, but the ugly weather didn't as long as the forecast said it would. This weekend was absolutely wild with ice cream demand, and we are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming love you brought our way.

That being said... you completely gutted our inventory! We sold out of so many flavors that our menu currently looks less like a selection and more like a wish list.

To everyone who ordered, thank you so much for your smiles and understanding when we had to break the news that your favorite flavor was gone. You all are the best.

Holiday & Restock Schedule:
- Monday (Memorial Day): CLOSED
- Tuesday: CLOSED
- Wednesday: Back open and fully stocked!

We are using these two days to furiously restock the kitchen so we can keep pace with this crazy demand. Enjoy the holiday, get some rest, and we’ll see you Wednesday!

We had an amazing time last night supporting an incredible cause! POP-i Ice Cream was proud to sponsor the efforts of BTX BARCC and be part of such a meaningful event. We met some amazing people, including RJ Mitte, and had a great time chatting with the folks from Studio X.

We want to take a moment to congratulate our friend Dr. Antonio Caldwell on his next chapter in San Antonio! His time here in Brownsville has made such a lasting difference. His compassion and dedication have brought so much positive attention to the animals in need across our community.

We were honored to take part in projects he led that helped bring comfort and care to so many of those animals. He inspired everyone involved to do a little more and care a little deeper.

While we will miss seeing him around, we are excited to see the amazing things he will continue to do in San Antonio. Wishing you all the best, Dr. Antonio Caldwell, and thank you for everything you have done for Brownsville. 🐾💙🥲

After guiding Brownsville Animal Regulation and Care Center through two-plus years of profound improvements, BARCC Deputy Director Dr. Antonio Caldwell is moving on.

🎃💀 Introducing the Dirt POP! Our spooky, chocolatey tribute to one of my childhood favorites, the Dirt Cup from Tony Roma’s! 🪱🍫

This one’s for the 90s kids who remember digging through chocolate pudding and Oreo “dirt” to find those wiggly little gummy worms 🪱. This time, we froze it POP-i style.

🍫 Chocolate Oreo popsicle (our first ever!)
🍫 Dipped in chocolate and coated with crushed Oreos
🪱 Gummy worms hidden inside
🍫 Served with a Nutella and Oreo “mud plate” topped with more worms

Big shoutout to our friends at Ice Monkeys for dropping their awesome Graveyard Split first. You inspired us to play in the dirt too! 🪦👻

🚧 Delayed Opening Today 🚧

We’ll be opening later than usual today due to an unexpected incident — a vehicle crashed into our 11-foot-tall open sign. Thankfully, no one was hurt. 🙏

This open sign was a fun project of mine that recycled the old "Popeii" sign letters that were in the front of the building.

We'll focus on getting this cleaned up so that we can continue to serve y'all.
