A huge shout out to Eulogio Alvarez! Elu has been with us for two decades now and running the show in the back of house. Not only was it Cinco this week, we also catered for 100ppl before opening on Cinco, ran some amazing specials this week & catered for 500+ guests at the for the annual kidshare fundraising event. This was our 22nd year at this amazing event! Thanks to Elu & our kitchen staff we were able to pull this off without a hitch. Also, we are so proud & thankful for Stephanie Rosenberg & Jenna Claire Ben-Hur for running our booth at the event & serving our house made Mexican Street Corn! We are truly grateful ☺️
