Last night was bittersweet, thank you Comeaux High football team for allowing me to serve at your last football banquet. Couldn’t even get pics because it was a whirlwind. (Plate pics courtesy of Greg Dauphiney) Menu was Brisket, Cornish Hen, Smoked Sausage, jambalaya, green beans, Mac and cheese and peach cobbler. My entire family went to Comeaux. I have wonderful memories there. Congratulations to the seniors for finishing out a wonderful year and good luck for the kids on their future endeavors as they go to new schools.

We appreciate the Glauden family for selecting us to cater their family reunion. It was a fun, wonderful event, and everything went off without a hitch.

My child is not bad, but she is a handful. Thank you J. Wallace James Elementary School for being a great school, and helping my daughter acheive real growth. Hope you guys enjoy the food. Teacher appreciation week is well deserved.
