🌿 Thinking About Bringing Back a Challenge… But DIFFERENT! 👀

It’s been a while since we’ve done one of our challenges, and I’m thinking it might be time! 🩷

BUT… this one would be a little different.

Instead of focusing on who can lose the most weight, I want to do a 21-Day Healthy Habits Reset focused on things we can ALL work on:

🥤 Getting in our protein
💧 Drinking our water
🚶‍♀️ Moving our bodies
🥗 Making better food choices
✅ And most importantly… being CONSISTENT!

You’d earn points for completing simple daily habits, we’d have fun little challenges along the way, accountability, a private online community AND of course… PRIZES! 🎉

No competing over pounds lost.
No having to be perfect.
And you wouldn’t need to purchase a huge program to participate.

Just 21 days of getting back into a routine and feeling GOOD about the choices we’re making. 🙌

After so many years of pouring our hearts into HernandoLoser Nutrition, Lenny and I are so excited to share that our son, Little Lenny, will be taking over the nutrition club! 💚

There’s something so special about watching something we built as a family continue on through our children. As Little Lenny steps into this new role and begins putting his own ideas and energy into the club, you’ll start to see some exciting changes along the way!

One of those changes is a NEW page for the nutrition club! 📲 COMING SOON

Well, it’s September so that means ALL things Pumpkin’ 🎃

We are one day late of launching the menu 😉 but being patient is always worth it 🤘🏻
