My cousin’s oncologist told her otherwise —
“Carbs are carbs.”
He dismissed walking + whole-food nutrition.
(Said bed rest was best.)
He dismissed prebiotics, probiotics, polyphenols —
the things that actually shift biology.

I flew to Fort Lauderdale to help her.
She brushed it off too.
Ignorance fed ignorance.
