We build that impression on Verità vodka, whose quiet character leaves space between the aromatics. Żubrówka brings the soft sweetness of bison grass, suggesting a meadow just beginning to warm. Mizu Lemongrass shochu lifts it with the brightness of a freshly broken stalk, 64 Reykjavik dill aquavit gives the greenery a finer, sharper edge, like a frond crushed between your fingers. Beneath those fresh stems, Por Siempre sotol brings dry earth and a mineral impression. Kleos mastiha adds a delicate resinous scent, suggesting sap on a twig. The meeting of green fragrance, earth and resin conjures the smell of rain held in leaves and the coolness of wet stone.
