We’re hosting a Sourdough Class next Saturday! 👋🏼🍞

We’re welcoming Pandefrá from Marche, Italy, who, together with Luca Pelliccioni will guide us through the art of sourdough from scratch, from mixing by hand to fermentation and baking techniques.

After the class, we’ll have lunch together and you’ll take your own loaf with you, along with recipes to recreate it at home.

Spots are limited, so book yours on Resy 📕

The class will be hosted in Casa Rina, our private venue above the restaurant.

What a crazy journey have been since then on Myrtle Ave (pictures attached)…
The amount of love and support we received from the neighborhood of Fort Greene and beyond has been incredible and made LaRina evolving, and get better day after day and for this we thank you all ❤️
We threw a lot of parties over the years but I guess we never celebrated a proper birthday so we think it’s time to do it for our 10th anniversary!
