The Infinite Table kitchen is up and running, and we have an exciting lineup of New York City chefs to help bring our menu to life.

First up is Chef Felipe Donnelly and the team from Colonia Verde. Inspired by the hearth of Latin American fincas, Colonia Verde is a staple of the Fort Greene dining scene and has been for over 12 years. We personally love their mezcal menu which includes Mezcal Pasión Ancestral.

The Paraschos family’s Greek roots and unique location on the border make them true polyglots. They speak Greek with their father, Italian between themselves, Slovene with their workers, and English with most of their clients. We are excited to have Jannis Paraschos in our space pouring his w**e in reminiscence to the cultural melting pot of New York City but also a commentary to the tradition!
