A few of our favorite ways to eat the season right now…this is Alpine Cuisine.

🥔 Potato Gnocchi with smoked parsley purée, Parmesan & baby zucchini.

🌿 Agnolotti with Romano beans, ricotta & lemon — paired with Claus Preisinger Puszta Blanca 2024 (Grüner Veltliner & Pinot Blanc), a bright, energetic blend layered with lime peel, green apple, apricot, fresh herbs, and a crisp mineral finish that keeps every bite feeling fresh.

🍒 Brick Chicken with cherry mostarda, tarragon & baby kale — alongside Cantina Bolzano “Huck am Bach” Schiava 2024, a beautifully lifted Alpine red with wild cherry, strawberry, delicate violet, savory mountain herbs, and a whisper of peppery spice that makes the sweet-tart cherries sing.

Giant Pretzels buried under bubbling Raclette with mustards and pickles. St. Galler Bratwurst with sourdough and caraway sauerkraut. Raclette Burger au Poivre. Spätzli. Wiener Schnitzel. European beers or Chasselas crisp mountain wine will be flowing and Schnapps standing by for every goal, near miss, and questionable call.

Come hungry, come loud, and let’s see if the Swiss can carve up Argentina as cleanly as we scrape Raclette onto a hot pretzel.

Join us this Fourth of July for a special Alpine-inspired Prix Fixe, then head to the Brooklyn Heights Promenade with exclusive VIP viewing access for the fireworks over the harbor. Great food. Great wine. An unbeatable night under the skyline.

A little swing for the Summer Solstice.

The Timely Jazz Quartet filled Café Brume with warm brass, cool rhythms, and the easy joy of a Sunday afternoon spent lingering over brunch. The longest day of the year felt made for a second coffee, another glass of wine, and one more song.

Thanks to everyone who joined us for a beautiful Solstice Jazz Brunch.
