Now with summer right at our doorstep, we wanted to highlight some lighter specials for the rising temps - so tonight we have a pounded out marinated Pork Chop, pan seared with white wine & garlic, served with sliced Carrots, Asparagus & Zucchini. We also have Malfadine Maiz, Bolognese & the Porterhouse for 2!

To call the competition a nail biter would be a massive understatement - the show came down to an impromptu Sudden Death round that no one anticipated. In the end, Chef Shontaro Imai & Chef Ryo of Japan took a narrow victory over the USA where the judges had a heated argument til the very end. Between Team USA, Team Japan & Team Italy, the level of skill, precision and professionalism that was shown was beyond anything we could've imagined.

We are so incredibly proud of Chef Tommy & Chef Damien with the job they did & how they represented our country, our borough, and most importantly, our great neighborhood of Bay Ridge. The world has been put on notice - we're coming!

Congrats again to Team Japan - this rivalry has just begun!! Until next time our friends.....

Once all editing and such is done, we will share the entirety of how everything played out course by course. Stay tuned!

Once again, Happy Sunday! Here is a preview of the studio where the competition will be held. We'll be documenting and posting live from Naples for the entirety, from landing in Rome to hopefully holding up the championship belt!
